Ambada Recipe(wild mango) 
Ingredients--
☘Raw Ambada
☘Ginger garlic paste
☘Panch phutano
☘Tomato
☘Zeera powder
☘chilly powder
☘Turmaric powder
☘Dhaniya powder
☘Sugar
☘salt
☘oil
METHOD--
1. Heat oil in a kadhai add panch phutano, Raw Ambada saute for minute add ginger garlic paste. 
2. Add zeera, dhaniya, turmaric, chilly powder cook them for few seconds. 
3. Sprinkle some water add chopped tomato, little bit sugar. Add salt according to your taste. 
4. Simmer for few minutes then add water for thick gravy, cover the lid let it cook for 10-15min . 
5. It's ready to served. Enjoy as it is or you can eat as a side dish. ©inspi_ration13

BREAKFAST IDLI SAMBAR🍛 RECIPE 👇

IDLI Batter Recipe
--Ingredients--
☘ Urad dal (half cup). 
☘ Dosa rice (2 cup). 
☘  Salt. 
1. Soak urad dal & rice separately for 5-6 hours.
2. Grind urad dal by adding little water to make a smooth paste then grind soaked rice by adding 1 cup of water (grainy texture)
3. Mix both mixture (urad dal & rice) batter, don't add extra water. Batter should be thick consistency. 
4. Cover the lid, keep aside for fermentation for about 12-14 hours (overnight).
5. Add salt according to taste, add water if needed.
6. Steam it (Idli steamer) for about 15-20 mins, Switch off the flame let it simmer.
7. Take out the idli with help of spoon or knife and it is ready to serve.

SAMBAR RECIPE 😊
--Ingredients--
☘ Toor dal. 
☘ Drumstick.
☘ Pumpkin.
☘ Lady finger.
☘ Brinjal.
☘ Curry leaf. 
☘ Mustard Oil.
☘ Tamarind.
☘Jaggery.
☘ Dry Chilli.
☘ Cumin seed.
☘ Tomato. 
1. Take a pressure cooker, add tur dal, chopped drumstick, pumpkin, brinjal, tomato. Add turmeric powder, salt. Cook for 2 whistles.
2. Heat oil in a kadai, add chopped onions, mustard seed, cumin seed, dry chilli, curry leaves, chopped lady finger. Fry until properly cooked, add jaggery, tamarind water, cumin powder, sambar powder. Mix well. Add boiled dal and vegetables.
