👃🏻 : Red wine, ripe cherry, leathery.
👄 : Almost a wine, but lighter in term of mouthfeel. Complex beer basis completed by a deep Pinot Noir  profile. Serious but also quite funky. Soft acidity. Perfect mix between spontaneous fermentation and natural wine.

👃🏻 : Very complex and rich nose with markers of everything announced on the label.
👄 : Sticky and a little bit boozy Imperial Stout, a little bit sweet but not too much. Rich flavours of coconut and vanilla. More subtle notes of cocoa, roasted malt, coffee and chocolate. Fantastic desert stout, extra-long finish.

👁️ : Pours goldish amber with a thin disk of white foam.
👃🏻 : A little bit shy at the opening, metallic. Then more and more funky and strong.
👄 : Excellent gueuze, aged perfectly. Huge funk and malt notes. The acidity is still here but the beer is now way more bitter. Still lively, complex and above all deep in term of flavours. Opens up very well.

👃🏻 : Dark chocolate, bourbon, hints of vanilla.
👄 : Expected a thick Imperial Stout, but it was lighter than I thought. Deep flavours of dark chocolate, bourbon and vanilla from the barrel. Basis is medium bodied but extremely rich in flavours. The bourbon barrel brings what it needs to be perfect. Great beer.

👄 : Explosive and complex combination of fresh red berries. Straight mineral basis. Delicate wine heightened by frank and deep peppery hints. Perfect mix between freshness, minerality, spices, complexity and of course a tremendous energy.

ℹ️ : Before being a winemaker, Jean-Pierre Robinot was a plumber ! 👨🏻‍🔧

ℹ️ℹ️ : By the way, have you ever seen his car ? It's worth a look ! He owns an astonishing red Coste (an almost identical Ferrari replica) ! 🚙

👄 : Perfectly carbonated, thin bubbles, medium bodied. Juicy and funky cider with loads of fruity notes and a complex vinous profile. Herbs come later and bring more complexity, vegetal and herbal notes, and above all a very dry and bitter herbal finish.

👄 : Almost an Imperial Stout. Full bodied, low carbonation. Dominating notes of toffee, cocoa and dark chocolate balanced with fresh notes of coconut. The whole thing is completed with smooth vanilla notes from bourbon. Powerful but not so boozy.

👄 :  Fresh rhubarb profile, but also more funky flavours and deepness. The acidity of lambic is completed by this tart sourness you can taste when you eat rhubarb. Keeps a high drinkability, it's hard to wait for the beer to completely open up. 

You could even carafe this bottle as it changes with opening. And it's worth the waiting. As some wines !

👄 : Frank and full attack on stone fruits, apple and lemon. More complex flavours of quince, citrus and hints of spices. Still slightly acidic, perfect balance with a superb tension.
