Milk chocolate mousse cake Hi friends today I have made cake hope you like my recipe 😋 Priya Arora @vaishnavisweetsmysuru #besafe #staysafe @bigbazaarfood #happinesswithmom @swatchshil_by_shilpamedicare @sugarliteindia #TheSweetestDedication #sugar #fitness #health Ingredients 175g plain chocolate biscuits 85g butter, melted 400g CADBURY Baking Dark chocolate chopped 600ml thickened cream 1/4 cup coffee-flavoured liqueur Cocoa powder, to dust Step 1 Grease a 20cm (base) springform pan. Line base and side with baking paper. Place biscuits in a food processor. Process until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add butter. Process until combined. Press mixture over base of pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Step 2 Meanwhile, place chocolate in a large heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir with a metal spoon for 10 minutes or until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Cool for 10 minutes (see note). Step 3 Using an electric mixer, beat cream and liqueur until soft peaks form. Fold cream mixture into chocolate. Pour chocolate mixture over base in prepared pan. Smooth with a spatula. Cover. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.

Keep aside. Make a paste of the mint leaves, ginger and green chillies in a blender. In a pan add 1tbsp ghee (ghee is preferred during Vrat) then add cumin seed when seeds begin to crackle add curry leaves and peanuts. Once the peanuts are done add the finely chopped onions and potatoes. Sauté till they are cooked then add salt. Now add the mint-ginger-green chilli paste, black papper and stir for fry 2mins. Add the drained soaked sago and mix well. Cover with the lid and cook for 5 minutes until the sago is translucent. Ingredients 1) 6 cup Milk (full cream) . 2) 5 Mangoes . 3) 1/3 cup Milkmaid - . 4) 1 handful Almonds . 5) some mixed dry fruits chopped . . . . Steps 👉 We need to remove the seed of the mango while keeping the entire shape of the mango intact. Gently squeeze the mango & do not peel the mango. Remove the top of the mango by slicing the head/cap of the mango. Retain this cap. Now using a kitchen knife loosened the pulp around the mango seed. Firmly hold the seed and rotate it to loosen it further. Now pull it out. Place the mango with skin on in a small cup so it stands upright. . 👉Remove any pulp from the seed and add it to the mango mixture. . 👉Heat milk and reduce it till becomes 1/3rd. Add milkmaid & stir. . 👉Add the mango pulp to the reduced milk . 👉 Stir the mixture occasionally . 👉 Fill the cavity of the mango shell with the kulfi mixture. Put the mango cap back and freeze it for 8-9 hrs. .Once frozen, remove and peel the mango and then slice and serve. Garnish with chopped dry fruits.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Pan fry the idli on medium heat, till they are golden brown & crisp. If you have used too much oil for frying then drain the idlis on paper napkins. Place the fried idlis on a plate. Add finely chopped onions on top and if you want then you can also add very finely chopped tomatoes too. If you want to use curd then spread a layer of curd on top of idli. Put mint-coriander chutney and sweet chutney on top of it. Sprinkle some sev, salt, roasted cumin powder and chaat masala on top. Drain the excess chocolate. Freeze it in a freezer for 15min to set completely. Meanwhile let’s prepare the mousse. In a medium bowl using a blender, beat whipping cream to stiff peaks. Add about 2 tablespoons of Nutella in it and continue to beat. Further add the brown sugar, coco powder and beat well. Refrigerate immediately. Carefully unwrap chocolate cups from mould. Place mousse into a piping bag fitted with an open star tip and pipe into cups. Put some chopped canned cherries over the mousse and then the crumbed chocolate cake and line it over the cherries and mousse. Refrigerate it until set and ready to serve. Now once the rose moulds are set line them on a serving platter upside down to show the rose mould up along with the mousse cup and garnish with coco powder and chocolate sauce. You can put the batter into a piping bag to make it a bit neater to dispense into the trays, but you can do it with a spoon too Bake them for 12 minutes, then remove them from the tin (I use a spoon to gently prise them out) and leave to cool on a cooling rack Melt the milk chocolate in the microwave, make sure to use a microwave safe bowl.
