Mere Chaar Footiya Bhai...๐Ÿ• Stray dogs are born safeguards. They guard not only us but the whole society day and night. They ask for nothing in return. So this rakshabandhan do feed, adopt, give all the love to these innocent lifelong Rakshaks. These innocent souls have taught me to love unconditionally and that life is beautiful when you share and care. They follow me like my body-guard wherever I go and for me this bond of love, compassion and trust means a lot and has made me the person I am today. Nothing makes me smile wider than celebrating Rakhi with our four legged friends. ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿถโค๏ธ

My brother is the most treasured gift from God, special in his own unique way. Not flesh of my flesh, nor bone of my bone, but still miraculously my own. Since I don't have a brother related by blood, I have celebrated Raksha Bandhan for the first time with my cute lil pet, Charlie @charlie_thegoodestbwoy which is the most memorable moment for me. I had a great time pampering and showering him with lots of love, cuddles and kisses and of course lots of goodies, toys and treats specially prepared by me. Charlie is not just a pet for me, but a piece of my heart, a part of my family, he is my sweet little brother. When it comes to a brother I think this counterpart soul can be the best.. best listener...best follower.. best care-taker. My bro Charlie taught me how to love more deeply and to live in the present moment. He came to me at the darkest period of my life, the time when I was under depression, and he became my angel who helped to pull me out from it. He has been by my side through good times as well as my bad times. Through all the chaos he has calmed me down & kept me grounded. When something wonderful happens, I canโ€™t wait to tell him about it, knowing he will share in my excitement. He never hurts my feelings or makes me feel like I am not good enough, but rather he builds me up and shows me the things about myself that makes me special & even beautiful. There is never any pressure, jealousy or competition but only a quiet calmness when he is around. Laughter seems a part of my daily life where before it didnโ€™t exist at all. He does the most ridiculous little dance when I tell him it's time for a treat. Its fun making him wear the small t-shirts that I buy for him. He doesnโ€™t like them but still he wears them mostly because he has no choice, but also because he loves me. I find strength in knowing that I hv a brother like Charlie by my side and my only hope and security is in knowing that he is a part of my life. I will cherish this lovely sibling bond with my bro Charlie Fur-ever.

Having a cousin brother @tarakthegreat gives me a sense of protection that no other relationship in the world can give. We have helped each other throughout our life. Be it protecting or supporting, when our parents scolded us or consoling and being a shoulder during tough times. He has done so much for me, keeping my wildest secrets, supporting me, giving me confidence and just being there when I needed. Of all the helps, one for which I will always be grateful is, for his undying confidence in me. He believes in my capability more than I believe in myself. My brother has always made sure that I don't miss little joys of life most importantly he has been the money lender during my outings with friends. He never misses to get eatables of my choice while coming back from office. He updates with all the new technologies and is the first person I go running to in case of any trouble. Plus he has always been my saviour since childhood from mom and dad's scoldings and always took all the blame on himself. The greatest thing my brother has done for me is to be present in my life and to have affected my upbringing which indirectly taught me many important life lessons that made me into a more balanced, mature and happy person. Dissolving problems like the setting sun, helping me see beyond my goals, patting my back when I needed it the most, guiding me in the most unthinkable situations. So many memorable moments, One Rockstar..My Brother. I thank him from the bottom of my heart for all that he has done for me.

When me and my cousin bro @tarakthegreat were young, we used to fight like crazy..Once I pushed him off the bed and he hit the floor and broke his teethโ€ฆI know I was a over pampered and nasty kid..Mom saw my brotherโ€™s condition and decided that she should be strict about it. She said I will not be served dinner till I say sorry to him. She prepared the food and asked me to say sorry to my brother but I plainly refused. So she served it to my brother. He sat with the food for two minutes and then rushed to the kitchen and said Poonam has said sorry so shall I give my food to her now. Mom said okโ€ฆHe rushed back and told me that Mom is saying no need to say sorry and I should have the food. He didnโ€™t knew that I heard every word he uttered to Mom. Later I realized my mistake and I said sorry to him and thanked him for his sweet gesture. That was the most special moment for me which i will never ever forget.
